The 2009 J/24 U.S. National Championship will be held on the waters of San Francisco Bay from Thursday through Sunday, September 24^th – 27^th, 2009. The Bay Area is considered the most popular sailing venue on the West Coast. Its proximity to San Francisco, generally strong winds and scenic surroundings make the bay an ideal venue for the events of the 2009 J/24 National Championship. The spectacular San Francisco Yacht Club in Belvedere will host the regatta. With views of the San Francisco skyline, first class restaurant and mooring facilities, the club is one of the leading yacht Clubs in the country.

The Western Regional’s J/24 Championship will be held on San Francisco Bay on September 19^th and 20^th, the weekend prior to the National Championship.
